Hits the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves along with the lower back and core area. This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for 10 repetitions or a 30 second isometric hold with 15 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds.
Workout 3: Upper Body Builder – Time to hit the chest, back, shoulders and arms in this complete upper body workout with some non-traditional ab wheel exercises you’ve probably never seen before. This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for 10 repetitions with 15 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds.
Workout 4: Total Body Toner – Time to bring it all together in the total body ab wheel toner routine. This workout will fire up every muscle in your body and leave your muscles buzzing. This routine has 4 ab wheel exercises performed as a circuit. Do 3 sets for either 10 repetitions, timed sets or an isometric hold with 15 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between rounds.
