Em-Powering Yoga is a series comprised of 3 30-minute routines designed for all levels, from the beginner to the most advanced. These routines will focus on the power of the breath, developing a stronger core, posture correction and more balanced strength from head to toe. Prepare to be strengthened, feel more focused, better connected and empowered.
Routine 1: Core Builder – the center of the body extends beyond just the abdominal muscles. In this Core Builder routine, the movements will unlock and engage all of the muscles of the core. Targeting the hip flexors, inner thighs, glutes, lower back, and abdominals, this focused routine revitalizes your core strength and equilibrium, reigniting your center of power.
Routine 2: Glute & Thigh Burn –While numerous workouts target the thigh and glute muscles, reshaping these areas can prove to be a persistent challenge. Tackle these stubborn zones with effective strategies designed for lasting transformation. This routine is specifically designed to firm up, tone and target the trouble spots of the glutes, inner thighs and upper leg area. As these muscles are stimulated and awakened, they will begin to change and become shapelier leading to a rounder, stronger and firmer legs and butt.
Routine 3: Sculpt 360 – a true head to toe routine that brings muscular balance back to the entire body. The aging process typically leads to a loss of strength, mobility and proper joint function. This Sculpt 360 routine is comprised of movements that breathe life back into all the deep muscles and joints of the body leading to more confidence, less pain and increased energy.
